Write to clients on Whatsapp directly from CRM
SMS messages are being read less frequently, and people are often hesitant to answer calls from unknown numbers. However, everyone checks messages in messengers.
SalesRender offers a single window for communicating with clients across various channels. Through this window, you can chat with clients on Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram, and more directly from the CRM.
Whatsapp has proven to be the most popular among our users, so we’ll use it as an example in this article. However, you can connect any channel supported by our partner Wazzup24.
Read below to learn why this is useful and how to set it up
How to open the chat list in CRM?
In "Work" mode, there is a "Chats" section. Clicking it opens a window that works as an overlay on the interface, allowing it to remain open alongside the workspace.
You can initiate conversations with clients ️
With Whatsapp messages, you can notify clients about package arrivals or even make sales.
The most important part is that you don’t need to wait for the client to contact you first. You can start a chat yourself by sending an individual message or creating a broadcast with an offer for your clients.
No need to share access to your whatsapp with company staff
You no longer need to give your staff access to the company’s messenger accounts. And if your employees were messaging clients from their personal Whatsapp accounts, they can stop doing that. Now, you can enable the chat plugin and grant access to the appropriate staff.
No more switching between tabs
Now everything is in one window within your CRM, so there’s no need to toggle between tabs. If a client who hasn’t yet placed an order writes to you, a chat will still be created in the CRM, and you can easily create an order during the conversation by clarifying the address and other details.
Send any information, including photos, in just a few clicks
During conversations with clients, you often need to send a link for prepayment, a photo of a product, or receive an image from a dissatisfied client showing a damaged package. The chat plugin allows you to both send and receive images.
How to set it up?
Messaging through messengers is implemented via our partner service Wazzup24. First, you need to register on their website, add the desired communication channel in your Wazzup24 account, obtain an API token, and enter it into the plugin settings in SalesRender.
After that, you can open the order card and write a message to the client, either as free text or using a pre-prepared template.
Important!
- You can use special tags in templates to personalize messages. For example, address the client by name, include the tracking number for their shipment, or specify the address of the delivery point.
- For Whatsapp, you can reuse templates you may have already created for SMS campaigns.
- Messages in Whatsapp can be sent automatically. This can be triggered by specific events or conditions.
