We’ve been busy at the start of 2025, releasing a whole set of new updates — from API improvements to faster triggers. Thank you for your ideas that help us grow every day
Here’s what’s new in the system
Working with prices just got easier
We’ve marked the old API fields using minor currency units (like cents) as deprecated and introduced new fields that use standard currency formats. For example, if you pass a value of 15.5$
, it will now be stored as 15 dollars and 50 cents.
- Old fields still work as before — your integrations will continue running smoothly.
- We’ll support deprecated fields throughout the year.
- Switching to new fields is quick and easy — documentation is already updated.
Who answered the call?
In the call history, you can now see which user answered an incoming call.
If the call was missed, the system will show the "Call Center" entity instead. This helps you better manage and evaluate call handling quality.
️ Triggers are now faster and smarter
- We’ve completely rewritten the trigger engine — it now runs several times faster.
- A new trigger log lets you see:
- which trigger fired,
- on which order,
- what the result was (success, blocked, partial, etc.).
New trigger actions: add products and promos to cart
Triggers can now automatically add products and promotions to an order’s cart.
You can set quantity, price, and even configure multiple add-to-cart actions within one trigger. This opens up powerful automation scenarios.
More access control via roles
You can now restrict access to duplicate counts by:
- phone number,
- email,
- URI.
This helps ensure fair processing of orders and removes operator bias when handling repeated requests.
Product weight summary
You can now see the total cart weight directly in the order table.
New interface languages
The CRM is now available in 7 more languages:
