🔑 Faster Access to Your Company

Previously, to access your company, you had to go to a separate page. Now, when you hover over the “Login” button on the main page, you’ll instantly see a list of your companies. Just pick the one you need and log in with a single click.

Meet your new team member — the AI Call Auditor!

It never gets sick, never gets tired, listens carefully to every call, and monitors your call center’s performance by turning conversations into role-based dialogues and analyzing them with neural networks.

You set up a list of questions, and our AI Call Auditor will listen to the conversation, summarize it, and answer all your questions, such as:

  • Did the operator greet the customer?
  • Did the customer refuse because it was too expensive?
  • Did the operator offer a discount?

We also analyze speech metrics, such as the number and duration of interruptions (displayed as red bars in the player), speech rate, and other parameters.

You can now download monitoring data in Excel — perfect for those who calculate operator salaries by the hour.

🦾 Automated Repeat Sales

Works via triggers, giving you flexible settings! You can specify any conditions for cloning to occur. You can also configure which fields to copy and which to leave out, field by field. Data can be cloned from the source order or set as fixed values. And of course, you can create multiple triggers for automatic cloning to fit different scenarios.
