We’ve been working hard — and now we finally have plenty to share! Here’s what’s new in the system
Hide Order Fields
You can now hide individual order fields from users — perfect for technical or management-only data.
Each field now includes a Visibility parameter that defines the access type:
- Public – visible to everyone at all times.
- Protected – ideal for managerial data such as “number of call attempts” or “buyout date.” These fields can be visible only to supervisors and managers.
- Private – suitable for technical data, for example, to leave access only for admins or developers.

After setting up visibility, don’t forget to configure role restrictions to define which users shouldn’t see private or protected fields.
Hide Products & Promotions

This feature lets you flexibly control which products and promotions users can see.
For example, if you operate across EU countries and each has its own products or promotions, you can set filters so that an operator handling Italy only sees Italian products, while the Spanish operator only sees Spanish ones.
Access can be controlled via filters (category, name, price, etc.) and configured for specific users, roles, or API tokens.
Phone Number Information
When hovering over a phone number, you’ll now see:
- The country
- The client’s local time
- The number type (mobile, landline, etc.)
Even if the number itself is hidden, this information remains visible — convenient for checking in advance whether you can send an SMS or if it’s a landline number.

More Data for Repeat-Sale Automation
When cloning through triggers, you can now copy the order ID, cart contents into comments, and offer names from the source order.
Improved Order Search
You can now search orders by:
- House number
- Apartment number
- Full address — just type it in one line, and the system will search across all address fields (region, city, address line 1, etc.)

Updated Call Center Logs
Logs are now clearer — you’ll see what exactly has changed much faster.
