Ordered some updates?
Dear clients!
Here’s our traditional digest of all the new features released last month!
Webhook execution logs
No more guessing whether a webhook has fired. All key information is now available in the logs:
- Execution time and attempt number
- Destination and payload sent
- Response from the receiving side: status code, response time, and response body

And we also added a summary view of webhook execution results!

PLEASE NOTE THE RESTRICTIONS
Webhooks may contain sensitive data such as phone numbers and addresses.
By default, restrictions are enabled for users who already have triggers and API tokens restricted.
For CPA, webhook sending logs are now also available — so a webmaster can independently track webhook behavior for their leads.
Filters on autopilot
Click on a number in statistics — and the list of orders opens instantly!

You can now drill down into orders directly from statistics. Tap the number you’re interested in, and the CRM shows a filtered list with all applied filters and groupings considered.
This is available in statistics:
- Conversions
- Logistics statuses
- Products and promos
- Calls (with transition to call history)
Improved order summary
The summary now displays the webmasters’ rewards.
Even if orders are in different currencies, the system automatically converts everything into your preferred currency!

You can restrict reward visibility in roles — this restriction is enabled by default for users without access to lead data inside orders.
Easier webmaster performance tracking
We added a new statistics page for webmasters!
It shows how many orders a webmaster delivered, how many are approved, canceled, or still being processed — plus the reward amounts.
Just like in other statistics, you can group by multiple parameters and flexibly configure columns (percentages, disable unnecessary ones, etc.)

Filters in monitoring
You can now filter monitoring by one or several users.
Grouping by role or reference ID is also available.
Works both in:
- Real-time monitoring
- User activity monitoring

Billing got smarter
The system now shows how many days your current balance will last — especially useful if you use call recordings or encryption.
Plus, it automatically suggests a recommended top-up amount based on:
- current balance,
- company cost,
- additional expenses.
For legal entities, invoice-based balance top-up is now available
You will find your company details right on the billing page —
just choose invoice payment and enter the amount. Done!
Exact search
By default, the system searches partial matches.
Now, if you wrap the keyword in quotes, search will return exact matches only.
Additional address fields and field renaming
Now you can not only disable unnecessary fields, but also rename them and enable up to three additional fields for any custom data.
Renaming affects only UI — the backend purpose of the field remains the same.
For example, renaming “Zip code” to “Region” may break logistics plugins
Use additional fields only if logistics carriers require them separately — like entrance/floor.
Avoid enabling them without necessity

Small but useful improvements
- Conversion statistics now supports grouping by offer and external tag.
- The access filter name is now shown as the first filter — it cannot be removed (no “x” icon).
- Inventory write-off became clearer: the batch ID and purchase price are shown. Purchase price matters: after write-off it is assigned to the order and displayed in reports.
