You Asked — We Delivered
Dear customers!
We haven't disappeared — we've been working on a very important mission!
Information Security
All this time, we've been fully focused on information security. We've always paid close attention to it:
Designed our application architecture to prevent even the accidental introduction of vulnerabilities such as ATO or IDOR.
Kept our server software up to date and installed updates promptly.
Set up database replication and backups in other locations in case of a fire in the data center.
Implemented and continue to develop additional security mechanisms that we cannot disclose for security reasons.
However, in the age of AI, new zero-day (0-day) vulnerabilities appear almost every day in Linux and many server packages used on, presumably, 95% of servers worldwide.
There are simply no standard recipes for proactively protecting against them: you cannot protect yourself against the unknown. Nevertheless, we've developed our own chain of sophisticated security algorithms designed to protect our servers against 0-day vulnerabilities in server packages and supply chain attacks.
We cannot disclose how these mechanisms work, either. Some solutions have already been implemented, while others are still in development.
Based on our own assessment and feedback from trusted external information security specialists, the technical security of our application is, in many respects, on par with that of major banking systems.
Now that everything is securely protected, we can return to our usual tasks with a clear conscience and bring you some new improvements!
New Groupings and Filters in Statistics
Logistics Status Statistics
Added three new groupings: by country, region, and city.
Added an address filter. For example, you can group data by city and specify a particular region in the filter.
Affiliate Statistics
Added the ability to group data by individual affiliates.
Call Statistics
You can now filter data by call type and analyze the following separately:
- Incoming calls;
- Outgoing calls;
- PDS (predictive dialing) calls.
As before, outgoing and PDS calls are displayed by default.
Product Statistics
Added filters by project, offer, affiliate, and external tag.
Conversion Statistics
Added the ability to filter data by
referer uri.
Please note: If these new groupings should not be available to certain users, configure the corresponding restriction in the role settings.
Freeze the First Column in Statistics
The first column — containing the date or selected grouping — now stays fixed in place. This makes it easier to see which data the numbers on the right side of the table refer to, even when scrolling horizontally.
️ Faster Statistics Loading
We've optimized the performance of all statistics, making data loading 3 times faster.
Monitoring Improvements
We've updated monitoring to make working with data even easier.
Time in Excel — in Seconds
When exporting reports, time is now provided in a consistent format — in seconds. This makes it faster and easier to build formulas, pivot tables, and perform any calculations in Excel.
New "Total" Column in PDS Monitoring
A separate "Total" column has been added to PDS monitoring. It automatically sums the total time an operator spends in all statuses.
JSON Export for AI Models and Bots
All monitoring data can now be downloaded in JSON format.
This allows you to:
- Send reports to AI models for analysis;
- Process data automatically;
- Create your own Telegram bots that deliver ready-to-use analytics in a convenient format.
Improved SIP Dump Analysis
Previously, when connection problems occurred, we had to ask operators to run speed tests. They sometimes forgot to do them or completed them too late, making it difficult to identify the actual cause of connection issues.
How does it work now?
During a call, the system automatically collects technical telemetry, including:
- Incoming and outgoing traffic quality;
- Connection parameters;
- Channel stability.
All this data is automatically added to the dump.
AI analyzes the data for you
You no longer need to dig through raw logs. The AI analyzes the collected telemetry, provides a ready-made result, and helps identify which side is responsible for the problem.
Directors Can Now Change Their User Balance
Directors can now change their own user balance directly from the user list.
Improved Order Cart Filter
We've added a tree-based category hierarchy to the order cart filter. Finding the products you need is now even easier.
Improved Duplicate Checking
You can now specify conditions based on a particular project and time interval when checking for duplicates.
This allows you to take the following into account:
- The project in which the duplicate is located;
- The duplicate's creation time.
This means new orders won't have to be rejected just because a duplicate was created a month ago or belongs to another project. For example, this is useful when a customer places a repeat order.
New "Project Array" Feature
Listing projects for validation is now more convenient, simpler, and faster.
New Variable — Executor Role Name
We've added a variable that returns the name of the role assigned to the user who performed an action.
You can use it in filters or when writing data to an order.
"Previous Value" Button
You can now restore a field's previous value with a single click.
Why is this useful?
Sometimes a user changes a field, saves the order, and receives a validator error stating that the field could not be changed. If they don't remember the original value, restoring it can be difficult.
Now they can simply click the "Previous Value" button — no need to guess the original value or refresh the page.
